This was our first time using a moving company despite moving several times. Moving from Calgary to Fort St. John, B.C. With a new baby and my husband working out of town it was a huge decision for us to make. I phoned several well known and highly recommended moving companies and was feeling pretty discouraged with not only the rates but the lack of personalized service. I wasn’t confident that I wouldn’t get raked through the coals with hidden fees at the end of the day. Then I spoke with Keith. I told him my concerns with quotes being ridiculously high or being quoted based on a couple general questions over the phone. He arranged to do a walk through of my place and guaranteed me a flat rate so as to be sure my concerns were addressed.

Moving day came and these boys were ready to go. They brought extra materials to help me finish up the last few boxes and worked their butts off to get everything loaded as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was beyond impressed with their work ethic and was even more confident after watching them work.
I highly recommend these guys. Keith, Jas and the boys are great people and really go above and beyond!

I contacted Alero Moving to help me relocate from Calgary AB to St.Johns NL. Had an appointment with Keith he explained every detail regarding my move. Keith is very knowledgeable the packers and movers are very friendly and packed all my items. Moved across Canada nothing broken and no missing items.

Just wanted to drop a note to you about our move. The guys were Rene Donnie and Peter. They were all absolutely fantastic.

The move went perfectly without any issues what so ever. These guys work so well together too. They seemed like they had fun and love their work. Also Made me less stressed. A great bunch of guys. A definite asset to Alero. Because of them I would recommend Alero to anyone.

Rene was very organized and the truck was spotless before and after the move. If we ever move again I want these same guys.

I just wanted to pass along a personal update on my move.

I used Two Amigos/Alero Moving when I moved last week (July 3) from my home to a condo.  I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the wonderful service that I received.  First of all I had an excellent moving experience when I moved to Winnipeg from Toronto 8 years ago with North American Van Lines which is one of the many reasons why I contacted Alero when I was moving again.

I received prompt and professional service from my first phone call to set up an appointment for a moving quote.  As everyone knows moving day is a very stressful time and I want you to know how professional and helpful your people are.  I was very fortunate to have Arnold and Lyle as my movers and they were amazing!  They took care of my furniture (some of which was brand new and I was concerned about) and the attention to all of my requests was greatly appreciated.

Chris, I wanted to send you a quick note to give you some feedback on my recent move to Calgary from Winnipeg. The packers came to my place on Monday and the guys delivered everything yesterday.

This is now my sixth move and as you know moving is never easy. I do have to tell you that this was by far the best experience I’ve had and I’ve used most of the major moving companies. The packers were excellent and took care with everything and were professional.

Thank you very much for all your help with this most difficult move.

I was not sure if you were at either house but I wanted to let you know that my son was very pleased with the load and my daughter in law was very pleased with the unload.

I’m writing to express my appreciation for the excellent job Rene and Donnie did for my move on October 2nd. They worked quickly and efficiently from the moment they arrived at my house in Starbuck till everything was unpacked at my new home at 130 Claremont in winnipeg. They went the extra mile in their attempts to get my 7.5 foot couch into my second floor apartment and got it done! I noticed they worked together very well and in fact appeared to be enjoying their work.

As you may recall the house in Starbuck was full of stuff. Despite those working conditions I did not hear one complaint. When my former partner was giving them instructions on how to do their job they very politely responded that they would be ok.

I was more than pleased with Rene and Donnie’s work and have told many people what an excellent job your company did in carrying out my move.

Company Move Well Done

Two Amigos moved our office to new premises on Friday, January 23rd. Jeff Procuik provided us with the quote and Ross and Jeff performed the actual move. I just wanted to say thanks to the fellows for a job well done. The service given by all of them was excellent. Jeff was very efficient in providing me with a quote. The move went very smoothly, everything was done in a timely manner and the fellos were great to deal with. Ross and Jeff worked quickly and were very accommodating, being sure everything was placed just where we wanted it in the new office. In spite of having to move everything manually, since we moved just across the courtyard (which was covered in ice and snow), Ross and Jeff maintained a cheerful disposition and were still smiling at the end of the move. A Great Move for Calgary

I’m writing you to let you know how pleased my wife Delores and I were with how your company handled our move to Stonepine. It was handled very professionally right from the start when Keith Smith visited our house in Christie Estates to give us an estimate, until the last piece of furniture was moved into our new house in Stonepine.
The move also included a drop-off at our daughters house in Royal Oak and our daughter Shawna had nothing but praise as well for how everything arrived in such good condition and how fast the men moved the furniture into her house. I’can’t say enough about how friendly and pleasant Richard, Shea and Derek were and how great a job they did in loading and unloading our possessions. Everything arrived in good condition and the walls and floors in all three homes were left in perfect condition.
Rick, please take these gentlemen aside and read this letter to them and express on our behalf how much we appreciated their hard work. They did an outstanding job and should be highly commended for their work.
Again, thanks ever so much for the great move, it’s the 8th move we’ve had since we’ve been married and with out a doubt it was the best of them all..all because of the Two Amigos or should I say the Three Amigos, Richard, Shea and Derek.
